[1158] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated (sampayutta) with pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā) is a condition, by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), for a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā).
Death consciousness (cuticitta) associated with pleasant feeling is a condition, by immediacy condition, for rebirth consciousness (upapatticitta) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling.
Life-continuum (bhavaṅga) associated with pleasant feeling is a condition, by immediacy condition, for adverting (āvajjanā).
Body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa) accompanied (sahagata) by pleasure is a condition, by immediacy condition, for the resultant mind element (vipāka-manodhātu).
