Dependent on a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya), a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging arises by kamma-result condition: dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) and derivative form (upādā-rūpa) [arise].
