[1419] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya), a phenomenon that is not clung to but subject to clinging arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) that is not clung to but subject to clinging, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates and mind-originated form arise; dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta) that is not clung to but subject to clinging, three primary elements arise; dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated form that is derivative form (upādā-rūpa) arises.
