[1442] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya), there arises a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging — not from kamma-result condition (na-vipāka-paccaya): for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the primary elements, kamma-born materiality (kaṭattārūpa) that is derivative materiality (upādārūpa) [arises].
