[1564] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) by way of nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya): edible nutriment (kabaḷiṅkāra āhāra) that is not-clung-to but subject to clinging is a condition for the body that is clung-to and subject to clinging by way of nutriment condition.
