[1648] Phenomena (dhammā) that are clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) and [phenomena] that are not clung-to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) [are a condition] for a phenomenon that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging: conascence (sahajāta), prenascence (purejāta).
