[1708] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is undefiled but subject to defilement is a condition, by way of postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is undefiled but subject to defilement. Postnascent: aggregates that are undefiled but subject to defilement are a condition, by way of postnascence condition, for this prenascent (purejāta) body.
