[1717] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is undefiled and not subject to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-asaṅkilesika) is a condition for a phenomenon that is undefiled and not subject to defilement by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta) and asynchronous (nānākkhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) that is undefiled and not subject to defilement is a condition for the associated (sampayutta) aggregates (khandhā) by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: volition that is undefiled and not subject to defilement is a condition for the resultant (vipāka) aggregates that are undefiled and not subject to defilement by kamma condition.
