[1719] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is undefiled and not subject to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-asaṅkilesika) is a condition, by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), both for a phenomenon that is undefiled but subject to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-saṅkilesika) and for a phenomenon that is undefiled and not subject to defilement.
Conascent (sahajāta): volition (cetanā) that is undefiled and not subject to defilement is a condition, by kamma condition, for the associated aggregates (khandha) and for the forms (rūpa) originated by mind (citta).
