[1753] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is defiled and subject to defilement (saṅkiliṭṭha-saṅkilesika) is a condition, by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is undefiled and not subject to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-asaṅkilesika).
