[1054] Conditioned by (paccayā) a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to accumulation and a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal, a phenomenon leading to accumulation … not by root condition (na hetupaccayā).
Conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and by the base (vatthu), [there arises] delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
