[1026] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī), a phenomenon leading to accumulation arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): dependent on the aggregates (khandha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), there arises delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
