[1985] A phenomenon (dhamma) having a future object is a condition for a phenomenon having a past object by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: Having esteemed the past knowledge of supernormal power (iddhividha-ñāṇa) having a future object … the knowledge penetrating the minds of others (cetopariya-ñāṇa) … having esteemed the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa) … having esteemed the past aggregates (khandhā) having a future object, one relishes and delights in them; having esteemed that, lust (rāga) having a past object arises, view (diṭṭhi) arises.
