[1984] A phenomenon (dhamma) with a future object is a condition for a phenomenon with a future object by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object predominance: having given weight to future knowledge of supernormal powers (iddhividhañāṇa) with a future object … knowledge of the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa) … having given weight to knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsañāṇa), one reviews it. Having given weight to future aggregates (khandhā) with a future object, one relishes them, greatly delights in them; having given weight to that, lust (rāga) with a future object arises, view (diṭṭhi) arises.
Conascence predominance: predominance with a future object is a condition for the associated aggregates by predominance condition.
