[2146] A phenomenon with an external object (bahiddhārammaṇa dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon with an external object by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Another person reviews the divine eye (dibbacakkhu), which is external and has an external object; the divine ear element (dibbasota-dhātu) … the knowledge of the modes of supernormal power (iddhividha-ñāṇa) … the knowledge encompassing the minds of others (cetopariya-ñāṇa) … the knowledge of the recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa) … the knowledge of beings faring according to their kamma (yathākammūpaga-ñāṇa) … he reviews the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa).
Another person sees with insight the aggregates (khandhā) that are external and have an external object as impermanent, as suffering (dukkha), as not-self.
By means of the knowledge encompassing the minds of others, he knows the mind (citta) of one who possesses a mind that is external and has an external object.
The aggregates that are external and have an external object are a condition, by way of object condition, for the knowledge encompassing the minds of others, for the knowledge of the recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of beings faring according to their kamma, for the knowledge of the future, and for advertence (āvajjanā).
