[2145] A phenomenon with an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇo dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon with an external object (bahiddhārammaṇo dhammo) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Another (paro) reviews the sphere of infinity of consciousness (viññāṇañcāyatana) that has an internal object … the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana). Another reviews the internal (ajjhatta) divine eye (dibbacakkhu) that has an internal object; the divine ear element (dibba-sotadhātu) … the knowledge of supernormal powers (iddhividha-ñāṇa) … the knowledge of reminiscence of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa) … the knowledge of faring according to kamma (yathākammūpaga-ñāṇa) … he reviews the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa).
He sees with insight the internal aggregates (khandhā) that have internal objects as impermanent, as suffering (dukkha), as non-self.
By the knowledge penetrating the minds of others (cetopariya-ñāṇa) he knows the mind (citta) of one endowed with a mind that is internal and has an internal object.
The external (bahiddhā) aggregates that have internal objects are a condition for the knowledge penetrating the minds of others, for the knowledge of reminiscence of past lives, for the knowledge of faring according to kamma, for the knowledge of the future, and for adverting (āvajjana), by object condition.
