[2195] Dependent on an invisible, non-impinging phenomenon (anidassana-appaṭigha dhamma), an invisible, non-impinging phenomenon arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā): dependent on invisible, non-impinging aggregates (khandhā), invisible, non-impinging mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on invisible, non-impinging aggregates, invisible, non-impinging kamma-born form (kaṭattārūpa) arises; dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) arises; dependent on the water element (āpodhātu), invisible, non-impinging mind-originated form, kamma-born form, derived form (upādārūpa) arise; dependent on the water element, the faculty (indriya) and edible nutriment (kabaḷīkāra āhāra) arise; external … nutriment-originated … temperature-originated …; for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), dependent on the water element, invisible, non-impinging kamma-born form, derived form, arises.
