[2184] Dependent on a non-visible, non-impinging phenomenon (dhamma), a non-visible, non-impinging phenomenon arises through connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya): dependent on one non-visible, non-impinging aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and non-visible, non-impinging mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one non-visible, non-impinging aggregate, three aggregates and non-visible, non-impinging kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates …; dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]. Dependent on the water element (āpo-dhātu), non-visible, non-impinging mind-originated form, kamma-born form, and derived form (upādā-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on the water element, the faculty (indriya) and edible food (kabaḷiṅkāra āhāra) [arise]; external [form] … nutriment-originated [form] … temperature-originated [form] … For non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), dependent on the water element, non-visible, non-impinging kamma-born form [arises]. In the section with the non-visible, non-impinging [phenomenon] as root (anidassana-appaṭigha-mūlaka), the seven questions should be done by this method.
