[2216] An invisible and impinging phenomenon (anidassana-sappaṭigha dhamma) is a condition for an invisible and non-impinging phenomenon (anidassana-appaṭigha dhamma) by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya): object decisive-support (ārammaṇūpanissaya), proximity decisive-support (anantarūpanissaya), natural decisive-support (pakatūpanissaya).
Natural decisive-support: Aspiring to excellence of the eye (cakkhu-sampadā) … excellence of the body (kāya-sampadā) … excellence of sound (sadda-sampadā) … aspiring to excellence of tangibles (phoṭṭhabba-sampadā), one gives a gift (dāna); virtue (sīla) … the uposatha observance (uposathakamma) … in dependence on the season (utu) … on a lodging (senāsana), one gives a gift; virtue … the uposatha observance … jhāna … insight (vipassanā) … the path (magga) … superknowledge (abhiññā) … an attainment (samāpatti) … one kills a living being, one causes schism in the Saṅgha.
Excellence of the eye … excellence of tangibles … the season … a lodging is a condition, by decisive-support condition, for faith (saddhā), for wisdom (paññā), for lust (rāga), for aspiration (patthanā), for bodily pleasure (kāyika sukha), for bodily pain (kāyika dukkha), for the path, for the attainment of fruition (phala-samāpatti).
