[1900] A phenomenon bound to arise (uppādī dhamma) is a condition for an arisen phenomenon (uppanna dhamma) by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya): object decisive-support (ārammaṇūpanissaya), proximity decisive-support (anantarūpanissaya), natural decisive-support (pakatūpanissaya).
Natural decisive-support: One aspiring to the accomplishment of the eye (cakkhusampadā) that is bound to arise [gives] a gift (dāna) … virtue (sīla) … the uposatha observance (uposathakamma) …; [aspiring to] the accomplishment of the ear that is bound to arise … the accomplishment of the body, the accomplishment of appearance (vaṇṇasampadā), the accomplishment of smell … the accomplishment of taste … the accomplishment of touch …; one aspiring to the aggregates (khandhā) that are bound to arise [gives] a gift … virtue … the uposatha observance …
The accomplishment of the eye that is bound to arise … the accomplishment of the body, the accomplishment of appearance … the accomplishment of touch … the aggregates that are bound to arise are a condition for arisen faith (saddhā), for wisdom (paññā), for bodily pleasure, for bodily pain, for the path, for the attainment of fruition (phalasamāpatti), by decisive-support condition.
