[339] A phenomenon (dhamma) without applied thought and without sustained thought (avitakka-avicāra) is a condition for a phenomenon without applied thought and without sustained thought by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) without applied thought and without sustained thought is a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), volition without applied thought and without sustained thought is a condition for the associated aggregates and for forms produced by kamma performed (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: volition without applied thought and without sustained thought is a condition for the resultant (vipāka) aggregates without applied thought and without sustained thought and for forms produced by kamma performed by kamma condition.
