[393] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), postnascent (pacchājāta).
Conascent: the aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought, and thought-conception (vitakka), are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dissociation condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the aggregates without thought-conception and with only discursive thought, and thought-conception, are a condition for kamma-produced forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by dissociation condition.
Postnascent: the aggregates without thought-conception and with only discursive thought, and thought-conception, are a condition for this prenascent (purejāta) body by dissociation condition.
