[345] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition (vipāka-paccaya), for a phenomenon without thought-conception but with discursive thought only (avitakka-vicāramatta) and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought.
Discursive thought (vicāra) that is kamma-result (vipāka) is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition, for the aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception but with discursive thought only, and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), discursive thought that is kamma-result is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition, for the aggregates without thought-conception but with discursive thought only, and for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa).
