[365] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) is a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and with only discursive thought by absorption condition (jhāna-paccaya): The absorption factors (jhānaṅga) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought are a condition for the associated (sampayutta) aggregates by absorption condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi) … The five questions rooted in that without thought-conception and with only discursive thought (avitakkavicāramatta-mūlaka) are to be analyzed by this method.
