[458] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and with discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception but with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception but with only discursive thought and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
