[75] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) without thought (vitakka) and without examination (vicāra), a phenomenon without thought and without examination arises by not-predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya): in dependence on aggregates (khandhā) without thought and without examination, the predominance (adhipati) that is without thought and without examination arises; in dependence on one resultant (vipāka) aggregate without thought and without examination, three aggregates arise.
In dependence on a phenomenon without thought and without examination, a phenomenon with thought and with examination arises by not-predominance condition: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), in dependence on the base (vatthu), aggregates with thought and with examination arise.
In dependence on a phenomenon without thought and without examination, a phenomenon without thought, with examination only, arises by not-predominance condition: in dependence on examination, the predominance that is without thought, with examination only, arises; in dependence on resultant examination, aggregates without thought, with examination only, arise.
