[754] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanā) is a condition for a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing (dassana) by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); it is a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
