[891] A phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
