[936] A phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena nabhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) are a condition, by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development.

Natural decisive support: the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and delusion (moha) are a condition, by decisive-support condition, for the aggregates accompanied by doubt and for delusion.
