[151] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-root (nahetu) and accompanied by roots (sahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not-root and rootless (ahetuka) by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya): Aggregates (khandhā) that are not-root and accompanied by roots are a condition for this prenascent (purejāta) body by postnascence condition. A phenomenon that is not-root and rootless is a condition for a phenomenon that is not-root and rootless by postnascence condition: Aggregates that are not-root and rootless are a condition for this prenascent body by postnascence condition.
