[354] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a taint (āsava) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not a taint by faculty condition (indriya-paccaya):
The faculties (indriya) that are not taints are a condition for the associated aggregates (khandha) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by faculty condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) is a condition for eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa), and the body faculty (kāyindriya) is a condition for body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa), by faculty condition. The material life faculty (rūpa-jīvitindriya) is a condition for the kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by faculty condition. Three.
