[625] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with hindrances (nīvaraṇa) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with hindrances by root condition (hetu-paccaya): Roots (hetu) associated with hindrances are a condition for the associated aggregates (khandha) by root condition. The roots should be asked about (mūlāni pucchitabbāni). Roots associated with hindrances are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by root condition. Roots associated with hindrances are a condition for the associated aggregates and mind-originated forms by root condition. A phenomenon dissociated from hindrances (nīvaraṇa-vippayutta) is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from hindrances by root condition: Roots dissociated from hindrances are a condition for the associated aggregates and mind-originated forms by root condition. At rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi).
