[684] A phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by rapture (sappītika) is a condition, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon accompanied by rapture: taking as object the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by rapture, aggregates accompanied by rapture arise.

Having emerged from jhāna unaccompanied by rapture … having emerged from the path (magga) … having emerged from fruition (phala), one reviews [it] with a mind unaccompanied by rapture. The noble ones (ariyā) review Nibbāna with a mind unaccompanied by rapture. Nibbāna is a condition, by object condition, for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū) unaccompanied by rapture, for cleansing (vodāna), for the path, for fruition, for adverting (āvajjana), and for rapture.
