[755] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) of the fine-material sphere (rūpāvacara), a phenomenon of the fine-material sphere arises, not by prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya): at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on one aggregate (khandha) of the fine-material sphere, three aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … .
Dependent on a phenomenon of the fine-material sphere, a phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere arises, not by prenascence condition: dependent on the aggregates of the fine-material sphere, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises]; [likewise] at rebirth-linking.
Dependent on a phenomenon of the fine-material sphere, a phenomenon of the fine-material sphere and a phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere arise, not by prenascence condition: at the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on one aggregate of the fine-material sphere, three aggregates and kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … .
Dependent on a phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere, a phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere arises, not by prenascence condition: in the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), dependent on one aggregate that is not of the fine-material sphere, three aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … ; dependent on the aggregates that are not of the fine-material sphere, mind-originated form [arises]; [likewise] at rebirth-linking, up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā).
The remaining five questions, too, should be done as in the positive method (anuloma).
