[757] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not of the form sphere (rūpāvacara), a phenomenon that is not of the form sphere arises, not by dissociation condition (na-vippayutta-paccaya):
In the immaterial (plane), dependent on one aggregate (khandha) that is not of the form sphere, three aggregates (arise); (dependent on) two aggregates … external (matter) … (matter) originated by nutriment (āhāra) … (matter) originated by temperature (utu) … (that) of the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta).
