[1150] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) that is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not without conflict (na-araṇa) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa) that is a not-root, a phenomenon that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and is not a not-root arises by root condition. One.
