[1190] Conditioned by (paccayā) a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not fixed in wrongness (na-micchattaniyata) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
