[1441] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not cognizable by some (na-kenaciviññeyya) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon cognizable by some [consciousness] (kenaciviññeyya) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
