[1443] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not not-cognizable-by-some (na-kenacinaviññeyya) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon not cognizable by some [consciousness] (kenacinaviññeyya) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
