[1452] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a yoke (na-yoga) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon that is a yoke (yoga) and is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
