[1465] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not associated with mind (na-cittasampayutta) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon associated with mind (cittasampayutta) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
