[1466] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with mind (na-cittasaṁsaṭṭha) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon conjoined with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭha) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
