[1470] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not not-to-be-abandoned-by-seeing (na-na-dassanenapahātabba) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
