[999] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhāna), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-originated-by-mind (na-no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
