[104] With three further factors also … it is done after the offense has been charged, it is done in accordance with the Dhamma, it is done by a united (Saṅgha). Bhikkhus, an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) possessed of these three factors is both an act in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammakamma) and an act in accordance with the Vinaya (vinayakamma), and it is well settled.
The Twelve Sets on acts in accordance with the Dhamma is finished.
