[330] Bhikkhus, if [a Saṅgha] with the bhikkhu on probation (parivāsa) as its fourth member should grant probation, should send back to the beginning (mūlāya paṭikassanā), or should grant mānatta, or if [a Saṅgha of] twenty with that bhikkhu [as one of them] should rehabilitate (abbhāna), that act is not an act and should not be done. The ninety-four observances for one on probation are finished.
