[364] Bhikkhus, if a Saṅgha with a bhikkhu undergoing mānatta as its fourth member should grant probation (parivāsa), should send back to the beginning (mūlāya paṭikasseyya), should grant mānatta, or, as a group of twenty including him, should rehabilitate (abbheyya) — that is not a valid act and it should not be done.
