[36] Bhikkhus, for a bhikkhu possessed of five factors the act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) should not be revoked: 1. He gives full ordination (upasampadā); 2. He gives dependence (nissaya); 3. He has a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; 4. He consents to being agreed upon as an exhorter of bhikkhunīs; 5. Even when so agreed upon, he exhorts bhikkhunīs. Bhikkhus, for a bhikkhu possessed of these five factors the act of censure should not be revoked.
