[96] Bhikkhus, an act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) possessed of another three factors is also an act in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammakamma), an act in accordance with the Vinaya (vinayakamma), and well settled: it is done in the presence [of the parties] (sammukhā); it is done in accordance with the Dhamma; it is done by a harmonious [Saṅgha].
