The robes became soiled with dust. … "Bhikkhus, I allow a robe-rail (cīvaravaṃsa) and a robe-line (cīvararajju) in the open air." … The drinking water was heated by the sun. … "Bhikkhus, I allow a drinking-water hall and a drinking-water pavilion." The drinking-water hall had a low foundation; it was flooded with water. … "Bhikkhus, I allow it to be made with a high foundation."
